My fees for individual counselling and psychotherapy are $110 per consultation hour, payable by cash, cheque or online. Couples fees are $140.00. A proportion of these fees may be redeemable from your private health insurance, depending on your health plan. Fees for supervision are $120.00 per hour and I discuss coaching fees in person, as they depend on frequency of contact.

Appointments are typically 60 minutes long. The initial appointment focuses on gaining a detailed understanding of you and your needs. A thorough initial consultation is important, to ensure that subsequent sessions are relevant and helpful to you.

When you attend your first appointment, we will discuss your goals and expectations. In subsequent sessions we will generate a flexible plan that you are comfortable with. To help you get the most out of your appointments, you and I will review, at each session, the progress of your therapy, coaching or supervision with reference to your goals.

Please note that a cancellation policy applies to all appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will attract a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session.
