Teaching

2008 to date, lecturing & tutoring supervision to counsellors at Canberra University at a post-graduate level.

Since 2005 I have been an educator at the Australian College of Applied Psychology in Sydney, teaching Developmental Psychology, Conflict Management, Interpersonal Communication, Counselling Skills, Professional Practice & Introduction to Psychology.

Since 2005 I have run workshops on Self-care for people working in the human services field.

From 1992 – 1997 I taught meditation and stress management techniques to small groups.

From 1989 – 1991 I lectured in homoeopathy at the Sydney College of Homoeopathic Medicine, Balmain; at Nature Care College, St. Leonards and at the Sydney College of Natural Therapies, Ultimo.

From 1981-1987 I trained in the practice and teaching of yoga, meditation and stress management techniques with the Satyananda Ashram, Mangrove Mountain and Manly.
